Who knew Diapers could explode!

Apparently in my sleep deprived state, I must have forgotten to change Elliot's diaper at our 3am feeding. Because when it came time to change him at 6am, I opened up his sleeper jammies to discover it looked like a snow globe had exploded! Who knew that if a diaper got too full it would just burst. And what sort of space aged material are diapers made of anyway??? I have never seen anything like this stuff, tiny pebbles of fuzz. And boy once they are out they are impossible to clean up. The little guy had to have a bath - just what we both want to do at 6am! Parenting lesson #62 learned today.
